  • Business data you enter — bookings, quotations, customer names and contact details, vehicle and driver records, attendance and payment records that your organization stores in the Service.
  • Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, device type, app version and actions performed, used for security and to operate the Service.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and maintain the Service.
  • To create and manage your organization's account, trial and subscription.
  • To respond to support requests and send service-related notices (trial expiry, billing, security).
  • To monitor usage, prevent abuse and improve the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Members of your organization — data you enter is visible to other users of your organization according to their roles.

We retain your data for as long as your organization's account is active. After account closure we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial records).

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and role-based access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The web panel uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to organization admins by email or in-app notice.
