These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Yatrao website, admin panel and mobile applications (together, the "Service"), operated by Kwiqwork Tech Studio LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. The Service

Yatrao is a business management platform for tour and travel operators, covering bookings, quotations, vehicles, drivers, attendance and payments. The Service is provided on a subscription basis per organization.

2. Accounts and registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
  • The person who registers an organization confirms they are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free trial

New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment details are required to start the trial. When the trial ends, access is suspended until a paid plan is activated. We do not charge you automatically at the end of a trial. Trial data is retained for a reasonable period after expiry so you can resume by subscribing.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans, their features, limits and prices are presented at the time of purchase or renewal.
  • Fees are payable in advance for the selected billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change plan prices with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
  • If payment is not received, we may suspend the organization's access until the account is settled.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the business data your organization enters into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for any personal data (for example, customer and driver details) you store in the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other organizations' data, or our systems;
  • resell, sublicense or make the Service available to third parties outside your organization;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce core functionality.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, remain unpaid, or create risk or legal exposure for us.
  • On termination, we will make your organization's data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, except where law requires otherwise.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by your organization in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India, and the courts of the State of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
